Come and enjoy a relaxing, informative and very rewarding, totally edible Modelling Chocolate Rose Workshop with Perth’s very talented “Robert Harwood”. Robert’s talents as seen on “Australian Greatest Bake Off” will have you inspired and wanting to create many of these beautiful roses for years to come.
Robert’s workshops will always leave you feeling uplifted as he always finds it hard to not share more where he can, and his talents are endless
Learning Outcomes:
- How to make Modelling Chocolate
- Colouring Modelling Chocolate
- Working with veiners
- How to make Edible rose centers
- Shaping, drying techniques
- How to build the perfect Rose
- How to use petal dust to emphasise detail
What to bring:
- All tools, flowers and cakes will be provided to use on the day
- Closed in shoes a must whilst in the Training Studio
- A light lunch will be provided
- A note pad and pen if you like to take notes
- An apron
- Tea and Coffee are supplied (bottled water and soft drinks are available for purchase)
What you will take home:
- Recipe to make Modelling Chocolate
- Your own edible Chocolate Roses
- Confidence and knowledge to recreate at home time and time again

- All workshops are run from our Balcatta training centre so please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class
