She has shared her skills with hundreds of students as an instructor at classes, workshops and national conferences, and won countless awards and accolades for her cake creations, including Gold, Silver and Bronze at the prestigious ‘Le Salon Culinaire’ culinary competition. Shirley is also a cake decorating judge for local and national competitions.
