Class and Workshop Schedule 2010

Overview

Classes

All classes are a 12-month course running over four terms.  Each class is two hours per week for seven weeks for the first three terms, and six weeks for term four.  All classes for 2010 cost $140 per term (cash only), plus the cost of equipment.  It is essential that all students have their own equipment.  Students without their own equipment will not be able to participate.

Enrolment day for Term 1, 2011

Save the date!  We will be holding our enrolment day for term 1, 2011 on Saturday 22 January 2011 between 12.30pm and 3pm.  Details on the days and times for classes at all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) will be posted to this site in mid to late December 2010.

To keep it fair for all potential students, we do not accept any enrolments prior to this date/time for any classes – no exceptions.  Please note that last year’s enrolment day was extremely busy, and popular beginner’s classes (especially evening classes) booked out quickly.

Workshops

If you miss out on formal classes, or just want to pick up a few new skills, please see below for forthcoming workshops throughout terms one and two, including our ever-popular Dream Whip and Cupcake workshops.

All workshops are held at Cake Tinz n' Thingz School of Cake Decorating and costs for each workshop are listed.  Please note that some equipment will be required for each workshop at additional cost.  This equipment is necessary to complete the workshop and put your efforts into practice at home.  To book into a workshop, please complete the registration form available here.  Please note that payment for all workshops is cash only (sorry, no EFT, credit card or cheque payments).  For more information on individual workshops, please telephone 9345 1869.  Additional detail for participants (including a requirements list) will be provided on registration.

Wilton Course

Cake Tinz n’ Thingz is the only accredited Wilton school in Western Australia.  For more information on the next course, please see below.  Or click here for the registration form.

Why we can’t waitlist people…

Unfortunately we no longer waitlist people for classes or workshops.  We have had too many problems over the years with people asking to be waitlisted and then failing to respond, which wastes our time and usually ends up affecting people who are genuinely interested.  It's unfortunate that a few people end up affecting the outcome for many.
