Important
information… All
classes are a 12-month course running over four terms. Each class is two hours per week for seven weeks
for the first three terms, and six weeks for term four. Term one classes commence the week of 8th
of February 2010. All classes cost $120 per term (cash only), plus the
cost of equipment. It is essential that all students have
their own equipment. Students without
their own equipment will not be able to participate. Due to
the extreme popularity of classes we held an enrolment day on Saturday 16
January. All classes are now fully booked (including waitlists). Workshops For
those who missed out on formal classes, stay tuned for information about
forthcoming workshops throughout term one, including our ever-popular Dream
Whip and Cupcake workshops. We are

Beginners Term one
consists of learning to make and work with the three main icings. You will learn basic piping skills, making
sugar flowers and covering and decorating a fruit cake. Beginners
classes are offered on the following days and times: ·
Monday

booked out (including waitlist) Intermediate 1 This
class is for those who have completed at
least 12 months of cake decorating classes previously. Term one consists of a variety of sugar
flowers with more refined techniques.
All flowers produced are used to make creative arrangements. Intermediate
1 classes are offered on the following days and times: ·
Wednesday
9.30-11.30am Fully booked out
(including waitlist) ·
Wednesday
7-9pm Fully booked out (including waitlist) Intermediate 2 This
class is for those who have completed at
least 6 months of cake decorating classes previously. Term one consists of a variety of sugar
flowers with more refined techniques.

2 classes are offered on the following days and times: ·

techniques in sugar art. Advanced
